After fifteen years in real estate I continue to say, 'no two transactions are the
same.'
I have experience with standard sales, buying and selling homes in distress,
investments, liquidated estates, probates, preparing houses to sell and leases.
My career in real estate began in 2003 as a transaction manager. I managed as
many as 60 plus transactions a month. Doing so required a skill that has always
come naturally to me—organization. It provided me with the experience to work
on every step of the real estate process including problem solving and being the
liaison between the client, consumer and all vendors.
I received my real estate license after mentoring with three top
producing agents. I have been extremely fortunate that many of my clients have
been referrals from previous transitions and I am dedicated to serving my clients
with superior service and knowledge.
I believe that it is essential to stay well-informed on the dynamic moving parts of
real estate, therefore, I continually upgrade and broaden my education.
I have helped my clients through different stages in their lives and have come to
learn that everyone buys and sells homes for different reasons. Navigating their
real estate needs and facilitating their goals is my priority.
What I like about Real Estate…
What I like most about real estate are the constant dynamics of the business. It is
not just about buying or selling homes, it is much more.
There are so many details involved in a transaction. Market analysis, research,
marketing, preparing the property for sale, staging, professional photography: all
steps to maximize the property’s exposure and value. I tend to enjoy every aspect
of managing the transaction and the process along the way. Once on the market,
I turn my attention to negotiations, striving to preserve my client’s hard-earned
equity.
I also really enjoy helping first-time buyers. There is something very rewarding
about working with a first-time home buyer who is probably making the most
significant investment of their life.
The most satisfying part of my job is turning over the keys to a home owner as
they begin to build wealth.
